Shipping / Delivery Available in Southern California Only!
Interior Gallerie offers two delivery options, delivery (drop off only) or Delivery & Assembly for a small fee. Pick up is also available at our Glendale, Ca warehouse, You may select the option you prefer at checkout. Once you have placed your order, a representative will contact you within 24 to 72 hours to go over your order and give you an approximate date for your delivery or pick up date from our warehouse. We will contact you again one day before your delivery to give you the delivery time frame. The delivery team will contact you 30 minuets before your delivery and let you know they are on the way. Due to traffic and unforeseen situations, the delivery team may arrive outside the time frame given. Our delivery team will also present you with an invoice to sign as proof that you have received and paid for your items and a copy will be provided for you as well. If you need to cancel or reschedule your delivery, please give us a minimum of 48 hours notice (2 business days).
- Customers who pay with a credit or Paypal must present his or her ID upon receipt. If someone else is going to receive the order for you, he or she must present a government identification.
- In stock items will be delivered within 4-14 business days from the date of purchase. If an item is out of stock, a representative will contact you to provide you with the item availability date.
Special orders and Custom orders approximately take four to seven weeks from the time of order. Combining Custom order items with merchandise that is in stock will cause a delay in the shipping of the order until all of the items have arrived and are available for shipping. (exceptions can be made for a second free courtesy delivery, depending on your area). Please speak to one of our representatives.
